Jason Aubry is a seasoned football coach, business performance coach, curriculum designer, and faith-driven leader with over 25 years of experience in developing individuals, teams, and programs toward “The Clarity of Purpose.” Often referred to as “your one degree” or “your sweet spot,” this guiding philosophy underpins every aspect of Coach Aubry’s work—both on and off the field.

Personal Life

Jason has been married to his wife, Dana, for 30 years. They have three children—Kylah (married to Jake), Jaxon, and Kennedy—and four granddaughters: Bostyn, Kovah, Lemon, and Rocki. Their family life is rooted in faith, service, and a shared passion for the game of football.
